Since commissioning (by other), The Wellesley had long standing ongoing issues with their Daikin VRV systems. All Seasons were recommended by the manufacturer, and with use of our diagnostic tool we were able to pin point the underlying problems and carried out our recommended rectification works.

Since the rectifications, The Wellesley were determined to use All Seasons as the maintenance provider for the hotel. For the past three years the systems have been trouble-free which in part is due to the fact these are remotely monitored by ourselves, meaning we are able to log in and check the systems operating performance and energy efficiency at all times.

Through our tireless work on this project, All Seasons were put forward to look at and maintain further hotels within the group, which we have also procured under contract.
