When CBRE made the decision to modernise their existing Chiller units at Post Office Chesterfield they approached All Seasons to install both the mechanical and electrical works with the remit to provide a cost-effective solution that would not only look aesthetically pleasing, but also provide the perfect environment for their employees and visitors.
The client asked All Seasons to provide them with a program of works that would ensure minimum disruption to the day to day business, but at the same time would ensure that the project could still be completed within time and on budget.
All Seasons carried out a detailed site survey, carrying out a load test on the existing electrical incoming supply. Once this information was evaluated, it was decided the installation would have the capabilities to support several 200amp 3-phase Chiller Units. We worked with CBRE to form a program of works, which meant that the project could be completed on time and in budget but without disrupting the day to day operation of the premises.
Prior to work commencing a full detailed technical submission with proposed drawings and full health and safety documentation were provided to CBRE.
Once the installation was completed we carried out a handover with CBRE, showing them how the new system operated. The entire system was fully tested with the client issued the relevant NICEIC certification issued.
All Seasons has vast experience working in all types of premises, from small offices to large commercial units. All works are carried out by fully qualified and experienced electricians.
