Internationally renowned commercial property management group CBRE awarded All Seasons Climate Control Group a prestigious contract to replace existing R22 equipment across the Nuffield Healthcare Group.
The contract with a value in excess of £1.4m was delivered in two distinct phases with the first involving replacement of R22 equipment to Nuffield Healthcare’s
34 private hospitals and the second phase directed towards the Healthcare Groups 110 Leisure and Gymnasium business.

From the outset we understood the dual needs of both CBRE and Nuffield Healthcare and ensured that the day to day activities of both businesses were able to continue unabated whilst we undertook the necessary preparatory work.
Throughout the duration of the two programmes our Project delivery, installation and commissioning teams worked tirelessly to ensure that both the CBRE and Nuffield teams were kept fully informed of progress with the vast majority of system changeovers being undertaken outside normal hours during the week or at weekends eliminating the potential of facility downtime such as operating and treatment rooms.
