With the new golf driving range opening at Greenwich Peninsula, A1 golf took the opportunity to build a golf shop on the site. They approached All Seasons with the view of carrying out a full electrical installation on the project, with the remit to provide a cost-effective installation that would not only look aesthetically pleasing, but also provide the perfect environment for their customers.
The client asked All Seasons to provide them with a full power and lighting design and install, to conform with BS7671. We were also asked to design and install Security and Fire Alarm systems.
We worked with the client to develop a design that would not only provide excellent lighting levels, but would be a match with the shops intended style. Due to the nature of the project we had to ensure there was sufficient lighting levels in priority areas, such as display units.
The design also incorporated an Emergency Lighting system, to comply with BS5266. Where possible the emergency lights were incorporated within the main lighting system to make the system as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
We worked with the client to form a program of works, which meant that the project could be completed on time and in budget. This was essential as there was a fixed opening time for the store. Prior to work commencing a full detailed technical submission with proposed drawings and full health and safety documentation were provided to the client.
During the project there were regular meetings with the client regarding the progress of the job.
Happily we were able to complete and handover the project on time. The entire system was fully tested with the client issued the relevant NICEIC certification.
All Seasons has vast experience working in all types of premises, from small offices to large commercial units. All works are carried out by fully qualified and experienced electricians.
