When Miki Travel the world renowned Japanese Travel specialist were looking to improve their work environment they approached All Seasons to provide a cost effective and efficient solution.
Miki Travel occupied an entire floor within the prestigious Vintners Place, London where careful consideration would have to be taken to minimise the impact of any installation. The open plan and cellular offices were already served via an existing VAV centralised system which did not deliver effective temperature control through the seasons resulting in a high degree of staff dissatisfaction.
Before the project could get underway the All Seasons team liased with the building owners Management company xyz providing a full and detailed technical submission, layout drawings and full Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
All Seasons carried out a detailed design involving a full load calculation for each and every area once this information was know a fully integrated Daikin VRV system was selected using roundflow cassettes in open plan areas and compact cassettes within cellular offices.
The entire system provided local control and was linked to the latest Daikin centralised control via an I Touch Manager which provided the client with web based access allowing easy adjustment of temperatures within the office areas.
The entire scheme was provided with a 5 year manufacturer backed warranty package with All Seasons providing day to day maintenance via a detailed service and maintenance package.

(Miki Travel Facilities Manager )
All Seasons worked tirelessly to ensure the whole project was delivered with the minimum of fuss and disruption to day to day operations carrying out the installation works during the night and reinstating areas prior to staff arriving for work the next morning.
Once the systems were up and running the All Seasons team were always on hand to advise and attend whilst the system ‘bedded in’ and staff became accustomed to everyday use of the systems.
