When Holiday inn Express Earls Court made the decision to modernise their existing Daikin VRV systems, they approached All Seasons to provide a cost-effective solution that would not only look aesthetically pleasing, but also provide the perfect environment for their guests.

The hotel asked All Seasons to provide them with a program of works that would ensure minimum disruption to the day to day business, but at the same time would ensure that the project could still be completed within time and on budget.

All Seasons carried out a detailed site survey, completing a full heat load calculation for each and every room. Once this information was evaluated, it was decided that a Daikin VRV Q solution would be the best application, meaning that the interconnecting pipework and cabling could be retained, again ensuring minimal disruption to the hotel.

All Seasons has vast experience working in all types of hotels, from small boutiques to large corporations. As such we were able to comprise a schedule with a plan that would maximise the occupancy level whilst work was being carried out. Prior to work commencing a full detailed technical submission with proposed drawings and full health and safety documentation were provided to the hotel management.

Once the installation was complete the entire system was connected to a Daikin centralised controller along with simplified controllers to each bedroom. This ensured that guests have individual control over their environment, but also allows the hotel’s maintenance team to have overriding control of the system to implement set parameters to maximise energy efficiency.

The entire scheme was provided with a 7 year manufacture-backed warranty and a bespoke service and maintenance package.
