The All Seasons Group developed from a humble beginning. Initially founded in 2001 by our Managing Director Eddie Maxwell, the company specialised in the provision of air conditioning installations in predominantly residential environments. All Seasons Climate Control as we were then known, operated out of a small retail unit in Ilford, Essex.
Between 2002 and 2005, Eddie worked tirelessly to grow the business to encompass the entire end-user market, resulting in thousands of installations in shops, offices and restaurants in and around London’s M25.
It was at this time that the foundations and vision of All Seasons began and a sustainable growth plan was constructed.
By 2006, All Seasons had established their niche in the market and reached out to the educational sector. It was this strategic move that enabled the business to enter it’s first phase of substantial growth as we developed a huge customer base made up of schools and colleges.
This trend of accelerated growth continued for a number of years before Eddie made the key decision to relocate to a much bigger office in Loughton Essex, complete with warehouse facilities. This move allowed All Seasons to streamline our internal processes, brought the staff into a consolidated position and we began to develop the M & E business.
It was in 2012, after successfully out-bidding the competition on a number of mechanical and electrical projects, that All Seasons realised there was an industry shortage of good quality M&E contractors. The decision was made to couple the same core ethics that had proved so successful in the air conditioning sector, with the appointment of experienced, key personnel at the top level. This marked the moment All Seasons made the transition to mechanical and electrical contractor and personifies the ambition set out by Eddie Maxwell that now runs through the entire company.
Subsequently, All Seasons Group have gone from strength to strength, supported by steady year on year growth and in 2017 we achieved a Group turnover of £10 million.
Significantly, over the past year, we have invested heavily in experienced talent and in new upscale state of the art offices in Loughton, Essex. The All Seasons Group are focused and are striving for continued growth and development.
